RETURNS

We do NOT accept any returns or exchange on any jewelry sold. We will only exchange within 2 days if product you ordered is not the correct item or if it was damaged during shipping, 2 days from the date delivered. Cancelled Online orders will be refunded if cancelled before delivery, but the online fee will be non refundable. Colored Contact Lenses and Solutions can NOT be returned or exchanged. Aftercare Solutions may be exchanged within 2 days if the bottle does not work. If there is an issue with your order, please call within 2 days of purchase or delivery date so we can start the exchange. We will allow up to 1 week for exchanges once we verify your order over the phone.

We do NOT accept any returns on clothing, we will gladly exchange clothing within 20 days of purchase with original receipt and tags. We will not exchange any worn, damaged, or washed clothing. Any item on sale is final sale, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Pick up orders will be available within 1 hour. Our main pick up location is in Antioch, if you would like Concord for your pick up, please give us a call. If your order is out of stock at your preferred location, we will give you a call. We will have your order ready the next morning. Please give us a call at least 10 minutes before you arrive so we can have your order ready for a fast pick up. You will need to verify the order number and the name on the order.
